Healing Touch California’s 2nd Annual
Regional Symposium - San Jose, CA
Please join us for our 2nd Regional Symposium, this time in Northern California,
8:30a – 5:30p Sunday April 27, 2008.
We also invite you to a No-Host “Networking” Social/Dinner on the grounds of the
Holiday Inn on Saturday, April 26th, from 5:30-8:30pm, in the
Amalfi Grill. We will enjoy ourselves with old friends; meet new
practitioners and end with a Pinning Ceremony of our newest CHTPs. (If you would

Our Sunday Program, April 27th, will feature two extraordinary women
working in the field of energy medicine that will inform & inspire us. In
addition, there will be an Experiential Break-out Group Discussion, catered
Buffet Lunch (as well as Continental Breakfast), and plenty of time to purchase
books, tapes, resources & tools related to energy healing from our variety of
vendors.
Our Keynote Speakers:
Vicki Slater, RN, Ph.D., HNC, CHTP/I
“Can the Physics of Energy Healing Really Be This Simple?” Dr. Slater says It
May be so. “Hands in Motion” and “Hands Still” both appear to create a magnetic
induction of voltage in both the client and the healer. Her discussion will
explain what magnetic induction and voltage are, how they work, and the possible
healing effects of magnetic induction. To do so, a meridian theory and the
concepts of tensegrity and geodesic domes will be discussed.
Anodea Judith, Ph.D.
“Into the Heart of It - Choosing Love for our Future” Dr. Judith professes that
the heart is the integrator of mind & body, the center of the chakra system & a
symbol for the next era of civilization. She will share how the heart's
intelligence is profoundly related to our health & to our practice as healers.
When we operate from the heart, rather than ego, whole new possibilities arise
as individuals and as a society. At a time when the world seems to be falling
apart - the heart is an organizing principle for bringing the world together in
peace & love.
Experiential Breakout Group Discussion:
“Current Perspective on Your HT Practice”
We will gather in groups of ten to assess the state of our current personal HT
practice, focus on challenges/stumbling blocks and set intentions and objectives
for the on-going direction of our practice.
